Guide

Caring for your watch

When should an automatic watch be serviced?

Over time, the oils in the movement dry out and parts wear. A watch that runs slow, runs fast or stops should be checked. Brands generally recommend regular servicing, depending on the model and how it is worn: we will advise you in the boutique.

Service or repair?

A service is a complete overhaul of the movement. A repair resolves a specific problem: winding, crystal, crown, bracelet. After assessing it, we will tell you what your watch needs, with no unnecessary work.

Polishing with restraint

Excessive polishing rounds off the edges and can reduce the value of a collector's watch. We respect the original finish and sometimes even advise against polishing.

Selling or exchanging your watch

No longer in love with your watch? We also offer luxury watch buying and a selection of new and pre-owned watches.
