Is the valuation free?
Yes. The valuation is free and with no obligation, in the boutique or remotely.
Can I sell a watch without box and papers?
Yes. We also buy watches without box and papers, after checking their authenticity. A full set does, however, increase the watch's value.
How quickly will I be paid?
With a direct purchase, payment is made promptly by bank transfer once you accept our offer. With consignment, you are paid once the watch is sold.
Do I need an appointment?
You can visit our boutique at Rue Centrale 5 in Lausanne with or without an appointment. An appointment lets us give you more time.
How do I send you photos of my watch?
After your request we will get back to you. You can also send your photos (dial, case, caseback, bracelet, papers) directly to ddeg@bluewin.ch.
