Guide

Preparing your engraving

Choosing the text

Space on the inside of a wedding band or ring is limited: a few words, initials or a date are the most legible. In the boutique, we will tell you how many characters are possible depending on the width of the ring.

Initials, monogram or coat of arms

On a signet ring, it is the bezel that is engraved. Interlaced initials, a monogram or a family coat of arms give it a unique character. Bring a drawing or a photograph of your coat of arms and we will look at it together. Discover also our bespoke signet ring.

The typeface

Script, classic capitals or block letters: the typeface greatly changes the look of an engraving. We show you examples before we engrave.

Having your piece assessed

Every piece of jewellery is different: thickness of the metal, shape, space available. Come to the boutique with your piece: we will assess it, tell you what is possible and prepare a quote for you.

How it works
